Account-Based Sales and Marketing require rich account insights and the ability to deliver engaging experiences. A critical part of an engaging experience is delivering the right content at the right time. Best Practice:

Segments are a group of users whose data attributes match specific filter criteria.

While it’s possible to define a user segment in each Hushly experience or stream, it’s best to define a user segment once and use the defined segment as needed within a Hushly experience or stream.

You could define a Hushly segment either by

  • Mapping a Hushly segment to a 6Sense segment that exists in your 6Sense account.
    or
  • Build a segment in Hushly using any of the above 6Sense data attributes.

Defining a Hushly segment that is mapped to an existing 6Sense Segment:

Select 6Sense.Segments in the LHS field, a comparison operator, and select a 6sense Segment from the dropdown

6Sense Segment Rule

Defining Hushly segment using 6sense Attribute:

Select the LHS field, a comparison operator, and enter a text value or pick from a list.

Not seeing your Segments?

After creating a segment in 6sense, it can take up to 24 hours for it to show up in the dropdown in Hushly. So if you've just added it, give it a day.

6sense requires that you publish your desired segments so they can be used with the 6sense API. If you do not publish your segments in 6sense then they will not appear within Hushly.
