Asset Catalog Fields are used to categorize and filter Assets.
Catalog Fields can have multiple Labels. For example, the Catalog Field for Industry may have Telco, Healthcare, and Manufacturing as Labels.
An Asset can have several Catalog Fields. Catalogs Fields are available to group or filter:

- Automation through Hubs > Automation.
- Filters through Hubs > Filters.

- Click the Field Type drop-down to select the field type, either Picklist or Multi-Select Picklist. Use this field to categorize Assets.
- Picklist: This functionality lets you define a fixed list of categories or labels and assign only one value to an asset at a time. For instance, if you have an asset focused on a specific industry topic like "Information Technology Industry Trends & Overview," you can assign a single category label such as "Technology" from the picklist. This approach ensures clear, consistent categorization, making it easier to organize and locate assets within the system.
- Multi-Select Picklist: This functionality allows you to assign multiple categories or labels to a single asset. For example, if an asset provides information on multiple industries, such as "Understand Health Insurance Policies" and "Read More on Types of Health Insurance Coverage," it can be categorized under both Insurance and Healthcare. By defining a multi-select picklist, you enable the assignment of several relevant labels, ensuring comprehensive classification of assets for better organization and searchability.
- Click Add Value to enter the Labels for the Picklist or Multi-Select Picklist. When you add a label, Hushly automatically assigns the Internal Value. Click Show Internal Values to view the Internal Value column.
- The values will display in the order they were added but can be rearranged by dragging and dropping them into the desired sequence.
- The values can also be sorted by clicking on the Sort Alphabetically link.
- Click the Show Internal Values link. The Internal values labels are displayed alongside the configured values. You can make changes (optional). Click the Hide Column link to hide the Internal Value column.
