The Asset ROI Report evaluates the return on investment for individual content Assets, highlighting which assets generate the most engagement, leads, and revenue contribution.
Asset ROI Dashboard: The Asset ROI dashboard provides insights into each marketing asset's return on investment (ROI). It tracks how assets influence the sales pipeline and closed revenue, helping sales and marketing teams identify high-performing content and prioritize future asset creation. The blue bar represents the pipeline influence, and the teal bar represents the closed-won revenue influenced by the asset.
This dashboard updates in real time. When a Visitor lands on an ABM Page and interacts with an asset (such as viewing, engaging, or downloading), the metrics in the Asset ROI report are updated when the scheduled reporting jobs are run, approximately every 10 minutes.
The Asset ROI report is divided into two main sections:
- Asset ROI Visualization: This section visually represents the ROI performance of assets.
Blue Bar (Pipeline Influence): Shows the total pipeline value influenced by the asset.
Teal Bar (Revenue Influence): Shows the revenue generated from that asset.
Data Table Section: This section lists individual assets along with key performance metrics that reflect their influence on the sales pipeline and revenue. Each row represents one asset, while the columns represent different metrics used to measure its effectiveness.
- Asset: The Name of the marketing asset being evaluated.
- Asset Views: Number of times the Asset was viewed, indicating visibility.
- Asset Engagements: Deeper user interactions like clicks or form fills.
- Asset Downloads: Number of times the Asset was downloaded.
- Open Opportunities: Active sales opportunities influenced by the asset.
- Pipeline Influence: Value of potential deals linked to the Asset.
- Revenue Influence: Actual revenue generated from the Asset's influence.
You can narrow down the report results by using the Date Filter, Asset Name search, and Dynamic filtering.
- Date Filter: The date filter allows users to select a specific date range for the report. By default, it displays the most recent 30-day period. Users can adjust the start and end dates to view influenced account data for a custom time frame. The report updates automatically based on the selected date range.
- Search by Asset: Use this filter to display results for a specific asset. Click inside the field to view the drop-down list or start typing the asset name, then select it. The report will update dynamically to show matching results.
- Dynamic Filtering: The filters are linked; selecting Pipeline Influence automatically updates the display to show the
corresponding Revenue Influence, and vice versa. - In the upper-right corner, there are a few more options provided:
- Clicking the Reload icon refreshes the data or visualizations on the report page.
- Clicking the Full Screen expands the report view to fill the entire screen.
