Influenced Accounts Report

Modified on Wed, 13 Aug at 10:48 PM

The Influenced Accounts Report displays the accounts that have engaged with your content and were influenced during their buyer journey, enabling you to track the impact of content on account-level engagement.

Influenced Accounts Dashboard: The Influenced Accounts dashboard provides a visual and tabular view of how Target Accounts engage with your Assets. It combines engagement metrics with sales opportunity data to give sales and marketing teams a unified view of account activity, pipeline impact, and revenue influence. In the graph, the blue bar represents Asset Views and the teal bar represents Asset Engagements.

This dashboard updates in real time. When a Visitor lands on an ABM Page and interacts with an asset (such as viewing, engaging, or downloading), the metrics in the Influenced Accounts reports are updated when the scheduled reporting jobs are run, approximately every 10 minutes.

The Influenced Accounts report is divided into two main sections:

  1. Visualization Section: Displays a bar chart comparing Asset Views (blue) and Asset Engagements (teal) across different companies. This provides a quick visual comparison of how each company is interacting with your assets.
  2. Data Table Section: A detailed tabular view listing each account, the associated asset, and key metrics.
  • Account - Company associated with the Asset activity.

  • Asset - Name or title of the Asset interacted with.

  • Asset Views - Number of times the Asset was viewed.

  • Asset Engagements - Number of meaningful interactions with the Asset (e.g., clicking links, scrolling, form submissions, time spent).

  • Asset Downloads - Number of times the Asset was downloaded.

  • Open Opportunities - Count of active sales opportunities linked to the account.

  • Pipeline Influence - Estimated monetary value of the sales pipeline associated with the account.

  • Revenue Influence - Monetary value of closed-won deals influenced by the asset.

You can narrow down the report results by using the Date Filter, Account Name search, Asset Name, and Dynamic filtering search.

  • Date Filter: The date filter allows users to select a specific date range for the report. By default, it displays the most recent 30-day period. Users can adjust the start and end dates to view influenced account data for a custom time frame. The report updates automatically based on the selected date range.
  • Search by Account - Use this filter to display results for a specific account. Click inside the field to view the list of available accounts, then select one. The report will update dynamically to show matching results.
  • Search by Name - Use this filter to display results for a specific asset. Click inside the field to view the drop-down list or start typing the Asset Name, then select it. The report will update dynamically to show matching results.
  • Dynamic Filtering: The filters are linked; selecting Asset Views automatically updates the display to show the corresponding Asset Engagements, and vice versa.

In the upper-right corner, there are a few more options provided:

  • Clicking the Reload icon refreshes the data or visualizations on the report page.
  • Clicking the Full Screen expands the report view to fill the entire screen.
