Lead Activities

Lead Activities refer to the actions or engagements a lead takes in response to your marketing efforts, such as form submissions, content downloads, email clicks, or website visits. These activities help track interest and intent, enabling better lead qualification and follow-up.

To view the Lead Activities report, follow the steps below:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Reports > Conversion > Lead Activities. 
2. The Lead Activities page displays the following columns: Name, Email, Company, Activity, Time, Activity, Asset, Experience, and Stream.

   • Name - The full name of the lead who performed the activity.
     
     

   • Email  - The email address associated with the lead.
      

   • Company - The organization the lead is affiliated with.
     
     

   • Activity Time - The date and time when the activity occurred.
     
     

   • Activity - The specific action taken by the lead (e.g., form submit, asset download, page view).
     
     

   • Asset – The name of the Asset the lead interacted with.
     
     

   • Experience – The name of the Experience through which the lead engaged.
     
     

   • Stream - The name of the Stream through which the lead engaged. 

     
     
     

3. You can sort the Activities by clicking on the title of each column.
   

4. You can search for Activities using filters such as Name, Email, Company, Activity Type, and Asset.
   

5. You can also search for Activities using the Advanced Search options.
   

6. Search by Date Range:
   

   • Search results will be displayed based on the selected Date range.
     

7. Search by Email: 

   • Search results will be displayed based on the entered Email address.
     

8. Search by Company: 

   • Search results will be displayed based on the Company entered. 
9. Search by Activity Type: Asset Download.

   
   

   • Search results will be displayed based on the selected Activity Type: Asset Download. 
10. Search by Activity Type: Form Submit.

    
    

    • Search results will be displayed based on the selected Activity Type: Form Submit.
      
11. Search by Activity Type: Email Open.

    
    

    • Search results will be displayed based on the selected Activity Type: Email Open.
