Conversion Funnel: Lead Generation Data through Reports

You can use the conversion funnel to view and organize the data about Hushly’s performance. Using the Conversion Funnel page, you can:

  • Understand the search criteria.
  • Generate reports.

Understanding Primary and Secondary Dimension Parameters

You can generate Hushly reports, using the following parameters on the Primary and Secondary dimensions.


Note: The parameter you select on the Primary Dimension will not be available for the Secondary Dimension. Also, the trigger type parameter is available only for the Secondary Dimension.

Understanding Reporting Parameters

When you select various parameters for the primary and secondary dimensions, the data is organized across the following reporting parameters:

Page Views

The number of users who visited the webpage or landing page managed by Hushly on your website.

Your Submits

The number of users who filled your organization’s web forms.

Percentage of users who submitted information using your organization’s web forms.

Content Views

The number of users who saw a Hushly experience launch.

Percentage of users who saw a Hushly Experience launch.

Engagements

The number of users who scrolled through at least one page of content.

% Eng

Percentage of users who scrolled through at least 1 page of content after they saw an Experience launch.

Rejections

Invalid business emails entered by users.

% Rej

Percentage of users who submitted incorrect email addresses using the Hushly opt-in form.

Valid Hushly Submits

The number of valid business emails submitted using the Hushly opt-in form.

% HS

Percentage of valid business emails submitted using the Hushly opt-in form.

Email Verified

The number of users who have clicked the Download button in the email sent to them after opting in using the Hushly form.

% EV

Percentage of users who verified that they own the business email that they submitted using the Hushly opt-in form.

Leads

Data librarians enrich the verified leads with data from LinkedIn and publish the leads.

Percentage of users published as leads by Hushly.

When more than one Experience is configured on a webpage, use this report to know the improvements in lead generation for all Experiences on a webpage.

This report brings out the leads generated per device type since Hushly is deployed on your content.

The report showcases lead generation based on device type for all Experiences since Hushly is deployed to manage your content.

Generating a Conversion Funnel Report

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Reports > Conversion > Conversion Funnel.  
  2. You can select the following parameters as the primary dimension: 
  3. On the Conversion Funnel page, click Primary Dimension. Select the primary dimension from the list. 
  4. Click the Secondary Dimension. Select the secondary dimension from the list. Note: Tigger Type parameter is visible only in the Secondary Dimension.
     
  5. In the Conversion Funnel page, enter the parameter value in the filter to refine the default search results. 
  6. From the calendar, select the from date and to date. Click Show. All the parameter values that match your filters are displayed. To use the advanced search, refer to the topic Understanding Advanced Search for Report Generation.

  7. The conversion rate is shown in percentage.

  8. Optionally, click the Export button in the upper-right corner to export the report data. You can export a report as a comma-separated values (*.csv) file.
