Bad Form Submits

Bad Form Submits report provides information about the users who have submitted wrong email addresses.

Generating a Bad Form Submits Report

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Reports > Conversion > Bad Form Submits. 
2. In the Bad Form Submits page, enter the parameter value in the filter to refine the default search results
3. From the calendar, select from date and to date. Click Show. All the parameter values that match your filters are displayed. 
4. In the Bad Form Submits page, you can view email, type, name, reason, and date parameters of abandoned leads.
   Note: Bad Form Submit Lead's email (e.g.: xxxxxxxxx@msptechmedia.com) is masked, here masking is based on Country of the lead (Un-Mask for U.S).
   
   
5. Click the graphical view icon.
    
6. The graphical view is displayed
   
7. Optionally, click the Export button in the upper-right corner to export the report data. You can export a report as a comma-separated values (*.csv) file.
