How to create a Hushly Support Freshdesk User

To create a User for accessing Hushly Support in Freshdesk, follow these steps:


  • Click on the following link.
    https://hushly.freshdesk.com/support/home

  • The Hushly Support Home page is displayed. Click Sign up. 
  • On the Sign up page, enter your Name, Email, and click Register.  
  • An Activation link will be sent to your email. Click on the link to activate your account. 
  •  Enter your password and click the ACTIVATE AND LOG IN button. 
  • The Hushly Support Dashboard page is displayed.  
  • Click Submit a ticket to create a new ticket. 
  • On the ticket submission page, fill in the Requester, Subject, and Description fields, then click Submit. Note:  All tickets submitted in the portal will be sent to support@hushly.com.

  • To view your previously submitted tickets, you can click View all tickets. 
  • All your submitted tickets will be displayed on the Tickets page. Note: You can filter tickets by Status and Sort them by options such as Date Created or Date Modified. By clicking, the Export Tickets button, all tickets will be sent to the email address associated with your account in a CSV file.
