Q: Why would someone want to suppress a lead?
A: If you have channel partners and agencies downloading your assets and are being charged for each conversion, then using the Hushly Suppression rule can save you from all the unwanted lead conversions.
Q: How does Hushly Suppress a Lead?
A: To suppress a lead in Hushly. Hushly defines a suppression rule in the Admin >> Customers >> Suppression Rule Tab - If the lead matches the suppression rules, the lead is suppressed.
Q: Does Hushly charge for a lead that's suppressed?
A: Hushly does not enrich or human verify the suppressed leads and your organization is not charged for the suppressed leads.
Q: Can I suppress certain leads so I don't pay for them?
A: Yes, you can suppress certain leads but you would have to pay a higher price for non-suppressed leads.

A: Yes. The CPL cost will increase. The reason is that Hushly doesn't know who these visitors are until after they've gone through the auto-enrichment process so we've already done all the work of confirming they own the emails, enriching the business profile to your specifications, and human-verified the lead.
