Q: How to Hide an Asset at the Stream Level?

A: To Hide an Asset at the Stream Level:

  1. Open the Stream. (Left Nav menu > Hub > Select the Hub > Streams > Select Stream)

  2. Hover over the Asset you wish to Hide and click on Edit

  3. In the Edit item pop-up window, enable the toggle to Yes to hide the Asset. This setting applies exclusively to the individual Stream. The Asset will remain visible on other Streams where it has been included.
    Note: 
    When an Asset is set as hidden at the Asset level, it will remain hidden from visitors across all Streams within the Hub.

Q: How to Gate/Ungate content for an asset?

A: To Gate/Ungate content:

  1. From the left Nav Menu, click Assets.

  2.  Select the asset you wish to Gate or Ungate
     
  3. By default, the Metrics tab opens, go to the Setup tab. This tab always opens in edit mode.

  4. Scroll to the options and you will see that by default, the Ungated button is set to No. However, if you want to make all the pages in the document visible to the user, toggle the button to Yes.      
  5. When the Ungated button is set to Yes, the Allow Anonymous Download button is displayed. By default the toggle is set to No, However, if you want to you can toggle it to Yes.



Q: How to Style/Brand your Hub?

A: A Hub includes default branding elements and looks as follows:

 

Branding enhances visual appeal, increases mindshare, and promotes brand recall. Therefore, it follows that branding a Hub is essential. Using Hushly, you can define a Hub's Fav icon, Header, Footer, Menu, and Content area.

To define your Hub's brand elements:

  1. From the Hubs page, select the Hub.
  2. From the Hubs menu, click Branding to view the Hub Branding page. You can select the header background color, main menu text color, button text color, menu background color, button text color, and button background color.
    • Enter the color code using RGB, HEX, or HSB schemes.
    • Use the cursor to select the color.
    • Move the arrow marks to define the color. 
       
  3. Enter the font family that your brand uses for all communications. You can paste the font family details in Font Family. You can refer to Google for Font families.
    • For a generally available font from the Google fonts family, enter the font family name in the Font Family field.
      Example: "Courier New", Courier, monospace.
    • For a custom font family, enter the font-family value and the Font Family and URL in the Header section, and Save it:
      Example: Font Family: 'Roboto Slab', serif;

Q: Why do I see Page Not Found for Hubs?

A: You will see the Page Not Found or a 404 Error when the Hub is not Activated.
