Associating an Embed Form at the Hub Level

This document will show how you can associate an Embed Form to a Hub, and this Form will be displayed for all Assets of the Hub.

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Hubs.
   
   
2. On the Hubs page, Select a Hub.
    
3. By default, the dashboard page is displayed, click Options.         
4. On the Hub Options page, under Branding the Form option is displayed with a drop-down field. 
   

5. From the Form drop-down, select the Form you wish to use (as an example, we are selecting a Form with a Marketo Embed here).
    

6. Click Save.
   
   Note: The selected Form will be shown to the Visitor for all the Assets in the Hub unless a preferred Form is set particularly for it at the Stream item level.
   
   How the Forms appear on your Hub:
   
   When a visitor views any of the Assets on the Hub, they will see the selected Embed Form at the bottom of the Asset as shown below.Once the email is submitted through the Embed form, the lead is directly created in your Marketo account. With this process, the lead will not go through the Hushly Lead Enrichment Process.
