Deleting a Custom Form

A Custom Form can be deleted from the Forms Listing Page and from the Forms Details Page. 

Forms Listing Page:

To delete a Custom Form on the Forms Listing page, follow the below steps:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Forms.                               
2. On the Forms page, click the three-dot menu under the Actions column to delete the Custom Form and click Delete.   
3.  You are asked to confirm the deletion if the Form is not in use. Click Yes to delete the form. 

   
   

   Note: If the form is in use (associated with an experience), it cannot be deleted.    
4. You will see a confirmation message indicating that the form has been deleted, and it will no longer appear on the listing page.

Forms Details Page:

To Delete a Custom Form on the Form Details Page, follow the steps below:

1. Click the custom form on the Forms Listing Page.    
2. On the Form Details Page, click the three-dot menu to Delete the custom form.    
3. If the Form is not in use, you are asked to confirm the deletion. Click Yes to delete the form.
   

   
   

   Note: If the form is in use the following message is displayed.  

4. A confirmation message of the form deleted is displayed. The deleted form would not be displayed in the list of forms on the Forms listing page.
