Deleting a Custom Form

A Custom Form can be deleted from the Forms Page and the Forms Details Page. 

Deleting a custom form from the Forms Page:

To delete a custom form on the Forms page, follow the steps below:

1. From the Left Navigation Menu, click Forms.                               
2. On the Forms listing page, click the three-dot menu in the the Actions column for the form you want to delete, and then select Delete.   
3.  You are asked to confirm the deletion if the Form is not in use. Click Yes to delete the form.      
4. You will see a confirmation message indicating that the form has been deleted, and it will no longer appear on the Forms page.
   Note: If the form is in use, the following message is displayed. 

Deleting a custom from Forms Details Page:

To delete a custom form on the Form Details Page, follow the steps below:

1. On the Forms listing page click the custom form name in the Name column.    
2. On the Form Details page, click the three-dot menu to delete the custom form.     
3. You are asked to confirm the deletion if the Form is not in use. Click Yes to delete the form. A confirmation message that the form has been deleted is displayed. The deleted form will not be displayed on the list of forms on the Forms page.
