Cloning a Form

The Clone option gives the users the ability to copy a form. When you clone a form, the configurations in all three columns (List of Elements, Preview, and Configuration) from the parent form get cloned. A form can be cloned from the Forms Page or the Form Details Page.


Cloning a form from the Forms Page:

To clone a form from the Forms Page, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Left Navigation Menu, click Forms. 
  2. On the Forms listing page click the three-dot menu in the Actions column for the form you want to clone, and then select Clone. 
  3. A confirmation message is displayed, indicating that the form was cloned successfully. By default, the Form Name is mentioned as ("Copy of the Form Name"), however, you can change the form name and configure the other fields.


Cloning a form from the Form Details Page:

To clone a form from the Form Details page, follow the steps below:

  1. On the Forms listing page click the form name in the Name column.   
  2. On the Forms Details page, click the three-dot menu, and then select Clone. A confirmation message is displayed, indicating that the form was cloned successfully.
