How to use a Branding URL

What is a Branding URL?

The Branding URL refers to the foundational page of your Hushly Hub that acts as a shell. Hushly employs this page as a host to embed the Hub contents within the specified container. This page requires a designated container, which can be defined using a CSS Selector. The purpose of this approach is to ensure that the Hub pages seamlessly integrate with and mirror the aesthetic and layout of the customer's website, providing a consistent user experience and maintaining brand uniformity across the platform.

The customer must configure their page. It is essentially a page on your website that includes a Header, Container, and Footer.

Where is the Branding URL configuration in a Hub?

To use a Branding URL in a Hub, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Hubs menu, click Options and select Branding to expand.
  2. In the Branding section, enter the URL in the Branding URL field and Branding Content CSS Selector and Click Save. Note: You need to configure your branding URL.

  3. Click the Preview button to view the preview of the Branding.

  4. If changes are made to the content of the Branding URL, the modifications will not be immediately visible in the Hub runtime. To ensure the changes take effect, navigate to the Hub Branding Page within the Hushly System. Click on the Clear Branding Cache icon to see the updated changes.
