Visitor Engagement Stages in Hushly:
Hushly allows customers to configure an engagement funnel for individual visitors to their ABM Pages. A unique visitor is identified by a unique Invitee_Id or by a cookie-based tracked user ID for anonymous users and displayed on the Visitor Engagement Stages page.
Viewing the Visitor Engagement Stages Page:
To view the Visitor Engagement Stages, you can follow the steps below:
- From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Visitor Engagement Stages.
- On the Visitor Engagement Stages page, you can view the Visitor Engagement Stages Table.
- The Visitor Engagement Table is defined as follows:
- Activity:
- Total ABM Page Visits: The total number of ABM page visits by a visitor. Each new session on the same ABM page is counted as a separate visit.
- CTA Clicks: The total number of unique CTA clicks by the visitor. A click is recorded when a visitor clicks a CTA on an ABM page.
Content Previews: The total number of unique content asset previews by the visitor. A preview is recorded when a visitor clicks on an asset and it loads in the preview interface.
- Content Engagements: The total number of unique content asset engagements by the visitor. An engagement is recorded when a visitor scrolls through more than one page of a text asset or views a portion of a video asset.
- Sales Rep Contact Card Clicks: The total number of sales rep contact card clicks by the visitor.
- Form Submit: The total number of forms submitted by the visitor to access gated content.
- Total ABM Page Visits: The total number of ABM page visits by a visitor. Each new session on the same ABM page is counted as a separate visit.
- Engagement Stage: Stages that represent the level of interaction an Account Visitor has with an ABM Page.
- New: Assigned when a new Account Visitor is created.
- Browser: Assigned when the visitor accesses an ABM Page.
- Clicker: Assigned when the visitor clicks a CTA on the ABM Page.
- Engaged: Assigned when the visitor interacts with content on the ABM Page.
- Highly Engaged: Assigned when the visitor interacts with ABM Page content more frequently than the defined engagement threshold.
- New: Assigned when a new Account Visitor is created.

Customization of the Visitor Engagement Stages:
You can customize the Visitor Engagement Stages Table by following the steps below:
- Click Customize on the Visitor Engagement Stages page.
- Once you click Customize. The following message is displayed.
- The Engagement Stages names are hyperlinked.
- Click the Stage name to update the rule.
- The Visitor Engagement Stage pop-up window is displayed with the Stage name and rules. You can add and delete rules for each of the engagement stages in the pop-up window by following the steps below:
- Adding a Rule:
- Click Add Rule.
- Select the Engagement Activity from the drop-down list.
- Enter a number greater or equal number.
- Click Update to save the rule.
- The following message is displayed.
- Click Add Rule.
- Deleting a Rule:
- On the Visitor Engagement Stage pop-up window, click Delete.
Note: At least one rule must be defined to assign a Visitor Engagement Stage.
- On the Visitor Engagement Stage pop-up window, click Delete.
