Visitor Engagement Stages in Hushly:

Hushly allows customers to configure an engagement funnel for individual visitors to their ABM Pages. A unique visitor is identified by a unique Invitee_Id or by a cookie-based tracked user id for anonymous users and displayed on the Visitor Engagement Stages page.


Viewing the Visitor Engagement Stages Page:

To view the Visitor Engagement Stages, you can follow the below steps:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click  ABM > Visitor Engagement Stages.
       
  2. On the Visitor Engagement Stages page, you can view the Visitor Engagement Stages Table.   
  3. The Visitor Engagement Table is defined as follows:
    • Activity:
      • Total ABM Page Visits: The Total number of ABM page visits by a visitor. Each new session for the same ABM page would be counted.  

      • CTA Clicks: The Total of unique CTA clicks by the visitor. A click event is recorded when a visitor clicks a CTA on an ABM page.   

      • Content Previews: The Total of unique asset previews by the visitor. A content preview event is recorded when a visitor clicks on an asset and the asset loads in the preview interface.
         
      • Content Engagements: The Total of unique asset engagements by the visitor.  A content engagement event is recorded when a visitor scrolls through more than one page of a text asset’s content or views seconds of a video asset.

      • Sales Rep Contact Card Clicks: The Total number of sales rep contact cards clicked by a visitor.

      • Form Submit: The Total number of forms submit to access gated content.

    • Engagement Stage: Different Stages that are assigned to the Account Visitor 
      • New: Assigned to a newly created Account Visitor.

      • Browser: Assigned when the visitor accesses an ABM Page.

      • Clicker: Assigned when the visitor clicks on the CTA on the ABM Page.

      • Engaged: Assigned when the visitor engages with the content on the ABM page

      • Highly Engaged: Assigned when the visitor engages with the content of the ABM Page more than the defined number of times.

   

Customization of the Visitor Engagement Stages:

You can customize the Visitor Engagement Stages Table by following the below steps:

  1. Click Customize on the Visitor Engagement Stages page.   
  2. Once you click Customize. The below message is displayed.
       
  3. The Engagement Stages names are hyperlinked.   
  4. Click the Stage name to update the rule.   
  5. The Visitor Engagement Stage pop-up window is displayed with the Stage name and rules. You can add and delete rules for each of the engagement stage in the pop-up window by following the below steps:
    • Adding a Rule:
      • Click Add Rule.   
      • Select the Engagement Activity from the drop-down list.   
      • Enter a number greater or equal number.   
      • Click Update to save the rule.    
      • The below message is displayed.   
    • Deleting a Rule:
      • On the Visitor Engagement Stage pop-up window, click Delete.Note: One rule is mandatory to define a Visitor Engagement Stage.
