ContentSherpa Conversations

The ContentSherpa Conversations report provides a detailed view of individual conversation interactions between users and the system within a selected date range. It allows teams to monitor specific conversation titles, track engagement levels, and evaluate interaction outcomes like saves, bookmarks, or feedback.


Each row captures one conversation instance, helping teams analyze patterns in user behavior and interest, especially around recurring topics.


To access the Conversations report, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Reports > ContentSherpa > Conversations. 
  2. The Conversations page displays a detailed view of individual user interactions across various Conversation titles.Note: 
    • Clicking the Conversation Title link will open the conversation in the ContentSherpa Conversations tab.
    • Clicking on a known Visitor's name opens the Lead Details page for more information, while unknown visitors are not clickable.

      Key Metrics Displayed in the Report:
    • Conversation Title - The subject or theme discussed during the conversation session.
    • Visitor - Identifies the user who engaged in the conversation (anonymous or known).

    • Questions - Number of questions asked during the session. 

    • Asset Bookmarks - The number of content items the user bookmarked during the conversation.

    • Conversation Saves - Number of times the conversation was saved for later reference.

    • Positive Feedback - Count of favorable responses received for the conversation.

    • Negative Feedback - Count of unfavorable or critical feedback received.


  3. On the Conversations page, you can filter the list by Conversation Title to quickly locate specific topics or sessions.
  4. On the Conversations page, you can filter by Date.
