The ContentSherpa Traffic By Campaign report provides a breakdown of visitor engagement based on specific marketing campaigns. It displays metrics such as sessions, visitors, engaged sessions, conversations, questions, and leads attributed to each campaign during the selected date range. This helps measure campaign effectiveness and understand which initiatives drive the most traffic and interactions.
To access the Traffic By Campaign reports, follow the steps below.
- From the Left Nav Menu, click Reports > ContentSherpa > Traffic By Campaign.
- The Traffic By Campaign page is displayed, presenting each Campaign alongside the key performance metrics.
Key Metrics Displayed in the Report:- Campaign -The name of the campaign being tracked.
- Sessions - Total number of user visits (sessions) initiated for the campaign.
- Visitors -Total number of unique users who visited through the campaign.
- Engaged Sessions - Number of sessions where users interacted meaningfully (e.g., clicked, scrolled).
- Engaged Visitors - Number of unique visitors who had at least one engaged session.
- Conversations - Total number of conversations initiated with users (via chatbot or forms).
- Questions - Number of individual questions asked by users during conversations.
- Conversation Saves - The total number of conversations that were saved.
- Leads - Leads captured from the interactions.
- Repeat Visitors - Number of visitors who returned after their initial visit.
- On the Traffic By Campaign page, you can search and customize the report table by Date.
- You can filter and apply sub-filters by Campaign to refine the traffic data view.
- You can also filter by the Dimensions available in the drop-down menu. A maximum of three Dimensions can be applied at a time.
