ContentSherpa Sentiment

The ContentSherpa Sentiment report displays monthly engagement and feedback metrics to help assess user sentiment over time. It gives a snapshot of how users are interacting with the system (via conversations and questions) and how they feel about their experiences (via positive or negative feedback).


To access the Sentiment report, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Reports > ContentSherpa > Sentiment. 
  2. The Sentiment page is displayed, providing a month-by-month overview of user interactions and feedback, and showcasing key performance metrics that reflect user engagement and satisfaction levels.
    Key Metrics Displayed in the Report:
    • Month - The calendar month and year of activity.
    • Conversations - The total number of chatbot interactions initiated by users
    • Questions - The total number of questions asked by users during conversations.
    • Positive Feedback - Total count of favorable user reactions (e.g., thumbs up).
    • Negative Feedback - Total count of unfavorable user reactions (e.g., thumbs down).

  3. On the Sentiment page, you can search and customize the report table by Date. 
  4. You can filter by the Dimensions available in the drop-down menu. A maximum of three Dimensions can be applied at a time.
