Styling ABM Page Block: Testimonial

A Testimonial page block is a section on a webpage dedicated to showcasing testimonials or reviews from customers, clients, or users. This block typically includes quotes, ratings, or feedback from individuals who have had a positive experience with a product, service, or organization. The purpose of a Testimonial page block is to build trust and credibility with potential customers by highlighting real-life success stories and endorsements.


Testimonial Page Block is a predefined block and by default, it is included on the page template. However, if you have removed the Testimonial Page Block, you can easily re-add it. 


You can show multiple Testimonial Blocks on a Page. 

1. Go to Add Page Block then select Testimonial. You have the option to choose either a predefined block or one that has been designed and saved as a Global Block.

 

2. To customize the Testimonial Block, there are two ways to access the Configuration option:

  • Click on the Testimonial Block in the Editor. The Configuration panel opens on the left with the Content tab. 
    Or
  • You can also go to the page options on the Left and click on the Testimonial Block.
       

3. The Content section includes Title, Subtitle, Testimonials Per Page, and Testimonials.

  • Enter a Title. To hide the Title, leave the Title field empty.

    Note: The Max Character count for a Title is 1000.

     
  • Enter a Subtitle. To hide the Subtitle, leave the Subtitle field empty.

    Note: The Max Character count for a Subtitle is 2000. 

     
  • Select the number of Testimonials.

    Note: Selecting more than 2 Testimonials will display them in a carousel.
     

  • In the Testimonials Section by default, two pre-defined Testimonials are displayed.  To add more click on Add button.

    Note: To remove a Testimonial click the Delete icon.

    • Click on a pre-defined Testimonial to expand the section. The section includes Name, Role, Description, and Image. 
    • Enter a Testimonial Name.


    • Enter a Role.


    • Enter a Description. Max 500 Characters is allowed.

    • Upload an Image to replace the default Image.

    • Testimonials displayed in the Page Block.

      Note: Clicking on Save As Global Block to save the Testimonial Page Block as Global Page Block. Learn more about Global Page Blocks here. 



  • Click on the Style and Advanced sections to add styles. To learn more click here.

  • Click on a Testimonial. Go to the Style tab,  All Testimonials, and This Testimonial is displayed. 

    All Testimonials - Selecting this option allows you to style all the Testimonials simultaneously.
    This Testimonials - Selecting this option allows you to style only the selected Testimonial.
