The Asset Topic Coverage page tracks the Assets based on their associated Topics and Topic Weights. This report analyzes the relevance and importance of different topics across various assets. The Asset Topic Coverage Report gives you a clear view of how your assets are distributed across topics and their relative strength, so you can refine content strategy, close coverage gaps, and align more closely with audience needs.
To view the Asset Topic Coverage page, follow the steps below:
- From the Left Nav Menu, go to Reports > HSignal > Asset Topic Coverage.
- The Asset Topic Coverage page presents a comprehensive report featuring the Asset Name, Topic, and corresponding Topic Weight for enhanced analysis.
Columns in the Report:
- Asset - The name of the content asset
- Topic - The associated marketing or business topic assigned to the asset.
- Topic Weight - A numerical score (weight) that represents how strongly the asset is aligned with that topic.
- Asset - The name of the content asset
- Use the Filter option for streamlined asset analysis, extract relevant information through Filter by Asset (searching Assets by names) and Filter by Topic (exploring Assets under specific topics). The Filter panel in the Asset Topic Coverage Report gives you control to slice and dice the data by specific assets or topics, making it easier to audit, analyze, and optimize your content strategy.
- Filter by Asset - Lets you filter the report by specific content assets.
Example: If you only want to see performance for “2024 Data Benchmark Report”, you select that asset.Useful for tracking how a single piece of content is aligned across topics.
Filter by Topic - Lets you filter by specific marketing topics (e.g., Marketing Automation, B2B Marketing). Example: If you want to see all assets aligned with Marketing Automation, select that topic.
Helps you check topic coverage quickly without scrolling through unrelated assets.
