To change the Registrant's Status, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Registrants tab and under Actions > three-dot menu > Change Status.
- Select Status.
Rescheduled
To Reschedule a meeting with the Registrant:
- Select Rescheduled.
- Set the Rescheduled time and date.
- Click OK and then Save.
Attended
If the Registrant has attended the meeting and qualifies for a Gift Card:
- Select Attended.
- Click Save.
No Show
If the Registrant does not attend the meeting, you can Reschedule or mark them as No Show:
- Select No Show.
- Click Save.
Not Qualified
If the Registrant is not qualified:
- Select Not Qualified.
- Click Save.
