Pause/Resume/End an Incentive Program

You can Pause/Resume/End an Incentive Program only if it is launched/live.

1. Pause an Incentive Program:

• Locate and Click the "Pause" button.
• The Incentive Program will pause any ongoing processes or activities, such as the Widget being displayed on the Web page, and awarding gift cards. The program state will be updated to indicate that it is paused on the Incentive Program Listing Page.
  
  
  

2. Resume an Incentive Program:

• Locate and Click the "Resume" button.
• The Incentive Program will restart any paused processes or activities. The program will be updated to indicate that it is Live on the Incentive Program Listing Page.
   

3. End an Incentive Program:

• Locate and Click the "End" button.
• The Incentive Program will stop any ongoing processes or activities. The program will be updated to indicate that it has Ended on the Incentive Program Listing Page.
