Metrics provide information about the Incentive Program's performance.
Signups display the stats of the registrants and the Budget distributed.
- Scheduled - The total number of users who have Scheduled meetings.
- Attended - The number of users who Attended a meeting.
- No Show - The number of users who did not attend a meeting after scheduling.
- Rejected - The number of users who are Not Qualified.
- Disbursed - The amount spent on gift cards for your Incentive Program.
- Remaining Balance - The budget balance after disbursement.
Sales Rep Performance
- Sales Rep - List of Sales Reps chosen for the Incentive Program.
- Scheduled - The number of meetings that are Scheduled for each Account Rep.
- Attended - The number of Registrants who attended the meeting with the respective Account Rep.
- Disbursed - The amount spent by the Account Rep to send gift cards.
Recent Registrants
- Name - Name of the Registrant
- Company - Registrant's Company
- Sales Rep - Name of the Sales Rep assigned to the registrant
- Schedule Date - The meeting date scheduled by the registrant
- Status:
- Not Qualified - The user has registered, scheduled, and attended the meeting but is not qualified according to the Sales Rep.
- No Show - The user has registered, and scheduled but did not attend the meeting.
- Attended - The user has registered, scheduled, and attended the meeting.
- Scheduled - The user has registered and scheduled the meeting.
- Registered - The user has filled out and submitted the form but did not schedule a meeting.
