How to Secure your ABM Pages

You may want to limit access to your ABM page to a specific audience, Hushly allows you to secure your ABM Pages by limiting access to them, thus keeping the content safe from prying eyes. 

Note: When you secure your Hub, (Hubs > Security) the ABM Pages created under that Hub are also Protected.

To Secure your ABM Page, follow the steps below:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Pages.         

2. On the ABM Listing Page, select an ABM Page.

By default, the Variation tab is displayed. Click on the Security tab.

How do you want to secure your ABM Page?
Inherit

To allow your ABM Pages to Inherit Hub's security, select the Inherit option and click Save. 

Note: The Inherit option is selected by default

Public

To make your ABM Page accessible to the Public, select the Public option and click Save. Anyone can access your ABM Page.

By Password

To make your ABM Page accessible to people who have a designated password, select the By Password option.  

1. Provide a re-authentication time for your passwords. This allows the user to access the ABM Page within the specified time. Once the session time expires, the user must re-enter the password.
   
   Use the following formats to designate the session time: xx minutes, xx hours, or xx days.
   Examples: 1 minute / 30 minutes, 1 hour / 24 hours, 1 day / 25 days, 2 days 10 hours 30 minutes.
   
   Note: The maximum value of a session is 180 days.
   
   
2. To create a Password, enter it in the field provided then click +Add button.
   Note: A password must contain 6 characters and at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character. 
3. To create multiple passwords, repeat step 2.
   
   
4. Click Save. 
   
   

By Email

When you secure your ABM Page using two-factor authentication, it is only accessible to people whose emails or company domains have been designated.

To add emails or domains:

1. Provide a re-authentication time for your passwords. This allows the user to access the ABM Page within the specified time. Once the session time expires, the user must re-enter the password. Use the following formats to designate the session time: xx minutes, xx hours, or xx days.
   Examples: 1 minute / 30 minutes, 1 hour / 24 hours, 1 day / 25 days, 2 days 10 hours 30 minutes.
   
   Note: The maximum value of a session is 180 days.
   
   
2. Enter an email or a domain in the field provided.
   • Adding an email address will grant access for that particular email user to the ABM Page after verification. 
     Example: A user's company email address. 
     When a visitor enters an email that is included in the list, a verification code will be sent to their inbox. On entering the provided verification code, the visitor will be able to access the ABM Page.
      
   • Adding a Domain will grant access to all the emails that belong to the added domain after verification. 
     Example: Enter a company domain; hushly.com 
     When a visitor enters an email with the listed domain, a verification code will be sent to their inbox. On entering the provided verification code, the visitor will be able to access the ABM Page. 
3. Click Save.
