Connecting an Email Provider

In order to send emails through an Engagement Flow the Account Rep needs to connect to an Email Provider, follow the below steps:

  1. From the Right upper corner of the screen, click on the User Name and click on User Settings in the drop-down.       
  2. On the User Settings page, the Email Providers section is displayed.
    • Click the Gmail Connect link.
         
    • Sign in with your Account Rep User Id and Password and click Next.

    • The Sign in with Google pop-up screen is displayed, click Allow to grant permission to Hushly to access your Gmail account.
         
    • The User Settings page is displayed after successfully connecting. In the Email Providers section, the connected account rep email is displayed.
      Note: To disconnect the email provider, click the
      Disconnect link.    

  3. If you are not seeing the Email Provider section, please contact your Customer Success Manager to enable the email provider for your company.
