In order to send emails through an Engagement Flow the Account Rep needs to connect to an Email Provider, follow the below steps:
- From the Right upper corner of the screen, click on the User Name and click on User Settings in the drop-down.
- On the User Settings page, the Email Providers section is displayed.
- Click the Gmail Connect link.
- Sign in with your Account Rep User Id and Password and click Next.
- The Sign in with Google pop-up screen is displayed, click Allow to grant permission to Hushly to access your Gmail account.
- The User Settings page is displayed after successfully connecting. In the Email Providers section, the connected account rep email is displayed.
Note: To disconnect the email provider, click the Disconnect link.
- Click the Gmail Connect link.
- If you are not seeing the Email Provider section, please contact your Customer Success Manager to enable the email provider for your company.
