Cloning a Form

The Clone button gives the users the ability to copy a form. When you clone a form, the configurations in all three columns (List of Elements, Preview, and Configuration) from the parent form get cloned. A form can be cloned on the Forms Page and the Forms Details Page.


Forms Page:

To clone a form from the Forms Page, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Forms.   
  2. On the Forms page, click on the three-dot menu under the Actions column for the form you want to clone and select Clone.    
  3. A confirmation message of the cloned form is displayed. By default, the Form Name is mentioned as ("Copy of the Form Name"), however, you can change the form name and configure the other fields.       
  4. The Cloned Form is displayed along with the other forms on the Forms page. 


Forms Detail Page:

To Clone a Form on the Forms details page, follow the steps below:

  1. Click a Form on the Forms Page.   
  2. On the Forms Details Page, click the three-dot menu to Clone the custom form.   
  3. A confirmation message of the cloned form is displayed. By default, the form name is mentioned as ("Copy of the Form Name"); however, you can change the form name and configure the other fields.


  4. The Cloned Form is displayed along with the other forms on the Forms page.
