Adding a Partner and Associating it with an ABM Page and a Stream

When customers want to view their Partner Name, Partner Privacy policy URL, logo, and email template on an ABM Page or Hub while downloading the Asset, Hushly allows customers to create partners at the Setup > Manage Partners tab and associate them to the customer ABM Page and Stream.

Adding a Partner

To add a Partner, you can follow the steps below:

  • From the Left Nav Menu, click Setup > Manage Partners.   
  • On the Manage Partners page, click Add Partner.   
  • On the Add Partner page, enter the following details:
    • Enter the partner's Name.   
    • Enter Privacy Policy URL.   
    • You can upload the Partner logo by selecting a logo from the library


      or by uploading a file from your File Explorer.   
    • Select an Email Template from the drop-down list.    
  • Click Add.   
  • A confirmation message of the Partner added is displayed.


Associating a Partner with an ABM page:

To associate a Partner with an ABM Page, follow the steps below:

    • From the Left Nav Menu, click Hubs.
         
    • From the Hubs page, select the Hub.   
    • The Dashboard page is displayed by default. Click ABM Pages to view the list of ABM pages.
         
    • On the ABM page, click the three-dot menu in the Actions column next to the ABM page you want to edit, then select Edit.   
    • In the Configure tab, select the partner name from the partner list. Click Update.     
    • A confirmation message of the updated page is displayed.


Associating a Partner with Streams:

To associate a Partner with Streams, follow the steps below:

    • From the Left Nav Menu, click Hubs.


    • From the Hubs page, select the Hub.   
    • The Dashboard page is displayed by default. Click Streams to view the Streams listing page.         
    • On the Streams listing page, click on the three-dot menu under the Action column for the stream you want to edit and select Configure.

    • In the Configure tab, under the Metadata section, select the partner from the Partner drop-down list.
      Note: You can select an email template from a Partner. By selecting a Partner at the Stream Level, the email template configured in Manage Partners will be displayed in the notification email.  When users submit the opt-in form with a business email for the Asset on the SNLP page, the email template configured at the Manage Partners will be sent to the user.

    • Click Update.   
    • A confirmation is displayed.
