Deleting Account Visitors

The Delete option is enabled only for Account Visitors of Type Invitee with Engagement Stage New. To delete an Account Visitor, you can follow the below steps:

1. From the Left Nav menu, click ABM > Account Visitors.
   
2. On the Account Visitors page, click on the three-dot menu under the Action column for the Account Visitor you want to delete and click Delete.   
3. You are asked to confirm the deletion. Click OK to delete the Visitor Account.
   
4. A confirmation message about the deletion is displayed. The deleted visitor account would not be displayed in the list of accounts on the Account Visitors listing page.
