Searching Lead Data

You can search generated Leads generated based on one or more of the following parameters:

• A specified period
• Eng. Type (Experiences or Hubs)
• An Asset
• An Experience
• A Stream
• Account
• Cluster
• ABM Page
• Company
• Country
• Campaign
• Content
• Medium
• Term
• Type
• Net New
• Last Activity  

The search results are displayed in two views: the grid view and the chart view. The grid view is the default view. However, to view the data in chart view, click the chart view icon.

Viewing Leads Generated During a Period

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Leads.
   
   
2. From the Dashboard page, click View All.
   
   The list of leads is displayed:

3. Click the button to view the advanced search settings. Click Search.   

4. All the leads were created by Hushly during the specific period are displayed in two ways:
   • By default, the search results are shown in the grid view.
     
   • However, you can also view the results in the chart view by clicking the chart view.
     

5. Optionally, click the Export button in the upper-right to export the leads list as a .csv file.
   

Viewing Leads Generated by Engagement Type

To view the leads generated by Experiences or Hubs:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Leads
   . 
2. From the Dashboard page, click View All.
   

3. Click the button to view the advanced search settings.
   

4. Click Eng. Type.
   
   

5. Select the source to view the leads generated by the source.
   • When you select Experience, optionally select an Experience from the Experiences drop-down list.
   • When you select Hub, optionally select a Stream name from the Streams drop-down list.
     
     

6. Click Search.
   
   The results of the search, based on a Hub, are shown below:

   The results of a search, based on an Experience, is shown below:
   The results of an Experience (lead source) and an Experience name are shown below:
   

7. Optionally, click the Export button in the upper-right to export the leads list as a .csv file.
   

Viewing the Leads Generated by Experience

To view the leads generated by an experience:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Leads.
   
   
2. From the Dashboard page, click View All.
   

3. Click the button to view the advanced search settings.
   
   

4. Click Experience and select an Experience. Click Search.
   
   
5. The search result displays the matching search string. By default, the data is displayed in the grid view.
   You can also view the data in the chart view by clicking the chart view.
   
   
6. Optionally, click the Export button in the upper-right to export the leads list as a .csv file.
   
   

Viewing the Leads Generated by Stream

To view the leads generated by a Stream:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Leads.
   
   
2. From the Dashboard page, click View All.
   

3. Click the button to view the advanced search settings.
   
   

4. Select a Stream. Click Search.
   
   
5. The search result displays the matching search string.   
6. Optionally, click the Export button in the upper-right corner to export the leads list as a .csv file.
   

Viewing the Leads Generated by ABM Page

To view the leads generated by an ABM Page:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Leads.
   
   
   
2. From the Dashboard page, click View All.
   

3. Click the button to view the advanced search settings.
   
   
   

4. Click the ABM Page drop-down arrow and select an ABM Page from the list of ABM Pages. Click Search.
   
   
5. The search result displays the matching search string. By default, the data is displayed in the grid view.
   
6. Optionally, click the Export button in the upper-right to export the leads list as a .csv file.
   
   
   

Viewing the Leads Generated by Company

To view the leads obtained from a company:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Leads.
   
   
2. From the Dashboard page, click View All.
   

3. Click the button to view the advanced search settings.
    

4. Enter the company name. Click Search.
    
5. The search results by the company name are displayed. 

6. Optionally, click the Export button in the upper-right to export the leads list as a .csv file.
   
   

Viewing the Leads Generated by Country

1. From the Left Nav  Menu, click Leads.
   
   
2. From the Dashboard page, click View All.
   

3. Click the button to view the advanced search settings.
    

4. Select the country name. Click Search.
    

5. The search results by the country name are displayed. 
6. Optionally, click the Export button in the upper-right to export the leads list as a .csv file.
   
   

Viewing the Leads Generated by Type

You can view the leads submitted by the users and test leads separately:

• The leads submitted by users are called Live leads.
• The leads obtained when testing Experiences are called Test leads. Test leads are ignored by the data librarian.

To view the leads generated by type:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Leads.
   
   
2. From the Dashboard page, click View All.
   

3. Click the button to view the advanced search settings.
   
   
4. Select the Live or Test type. Click Search.
   
   
5. The search results for the Test Type are shown below:

6. Optionally, click the Export button in the upper-right to export the leads list as a .csv file.

Viewing the Leads Generated by Last Activity

1. From the Left Nav  Menu, click Leads.
   
   
2. From the Dashboard page, click View All.
   

3. Click the button to view the advanced search settings. 

4. Select the country name. Click Search. 

5. The search results of the last activity for the dates mentioned are displayed. 
6. Optionally, click the Export button in the upper-right to export the leads list as a .csv file.
