Stream - Metrics

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Hubs.

  2. From the Hubs page, select a Hub.

  3. From the Hub menu, Click Streams.

  4. Select the Stream to view its Metrics.

  5. The Contents tab is displayed by default, , click the Metrics tab.


Stream - Metrics

The Stream Metrics tab provides information about a Stream's performance.
 

Conversion Funnel

Conversion Funnel provides information about page views, content views, engagement, and leads.

  • Page Views are the number of times the Stream or its content is visited.
  • Content Views are the number of times the content of the stream has been viewed by the Viewer. 
  • Engagements are the number of times a user scrolls through at least one page of the Asset inside the stream.
  • Leads are the number of verified and enriched email addresses of the users who have engaged with the Stream.

Conversion Trend

Conversion Trend provides information about the historic lead conversion data for the Stream during the last 30 days.
Note: The Conversion Trend can be analyzed Daily or Weekly.

Traffic Source

Traffic Source provides details about the various types of traffic to the stream content:

  • Direct: The users who visited the Stream or its content by entering the URL in the address bar.
  • Email: The number of users who visited the Stream or its content using the link sent through email.
  • Internal: The number of times visitors from your organization have viewed the Stream or its content.
  • Search: Users who found the Stream or its content via organic search results.
  • Social: The number of users who visited the Stream or its content via social media.
  • Unknown: The number of users who viewed the Stream or its content from an unknown source.

Device Type

Device Type provides information about the traffic from personal computers, mobile phones, and tablets. 

Recent Leads

The Recent Leads section displays the names, companies, and email addresses of the last 10 leads generated by the stream.
