Disabling a Hushly User temporarily revokes a user’s access to the Hushly platform without permanently deleting their account. Disabled users can be re-enabled later by an Admin.
Important: If a Hushly User is logged in when their account status is changed from Enabled to Disabled, the change will take effect only after the user logs out.
Disabling a Hushly User
To Disable a Hushly User, follow the steps below:
- From the Left Nav Menu, click Setup > Manage Users.
- The Manage Users page is displayed. Select the user you want to disable.
- On the User Detail page, click Disable.
- A success message is displayed, and the Account Status of the Hushly User is updated to Disabled.
Enabling a Hushly User
Enabling a Hushly User allows you to re-activate a previously disabled user, restoring their access to the Hushly platform with their assigned roles and permissions.
To enable a Hushly User, follow the steps below:
- From the Left Nav Menu, click Setup > Manage Users.
- The Manage Users page is displayed. Select the user.
- On the User Detail page, click Enable.
- A success message is displayed, and the Account Status of the Hushly User is updated to Enabled.
