Editing an Exit Intent Suppression Rule

This allows you to modify the conditions and settings that control when exit intent pop-ups appear. By editing the rule, you can adjust criteria such as triggers to fine-tune how and when suppression occurs.

To edit an Exit Intent Suppression Rule, follow the steps below:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Setup > Manage Rules > Exit Intent Suppression Rules.
    

3. On the Exit Intent Suppression Rules page, edit the Rules.
   
   
4. Edit whether all, any, or one of the rules should apply.
   
   
5. Click Save Rules.
   
   

Deleting  an Exit Intent Suppression Rule

To delete an Exit Intent Suppression Rule, follow the steps below:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Setup > Manage Rules > Exit Intent Suppression Rules. 
2. Click the Delete button of the rule. 
3. If there is only one rule configured in the filter, you can delete the filter by clicking the filter’s delete icon.
   

   
   Or
   
   Click the Remove Rules button in the top-right corner.
   

4. A confirmation message is displayed.
