Lead Suppression Rules allow you to define conditions under which certain leads should be withheld from being published to your Marketing Automation Platform (MAP). These rules help filter out own company leads, irrelevant leads, duplicates, or any other contacts that do not meet your qualification criteria, ensuring cleaner data and more focused marketing efforts.
When a lead matches the suppression rules, the lead is suppressed. Hushly does not enrich or human verify the suppressed leads, and your organization is not charged for the suppressed leads.
Important: To create or update the lead suppression rules, please write to Hushly at support@hushly.com or contact your Customer Success Manager.
You can view only the lead suppression rules that you have requested Hushly to create for your organization:
- From the Left Nav Menu, click Setup > Manage Rules > Lead Suppression Rules.
- The Lead Suppression Rules page is displayed.
