ContentSherpa Asset Performance

The ContentSherpa Asset Performance report provides insights into how individual content assets are performing based on visitor engagement and interactions using ContentSherpa.


To access the Asset Performance report, follow the steps below.

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Reports > ContentSherpa > Asset Performance. 
  2. The Asset Performance page is displayed, presenting each Asset alongside the key performance metrics.

    Note: Clicking the Asset link opens the Asset Metrics page.


    Key Metrics Displayed in the Report:

    • Asset - The title or name of the asset.
    • Engaged Sessions - Number of sessions where the asset was actively interacted with.

    • Engaged Visitors - Unique visitors who engaged with the asset.

    • Asset Recommendations - Number of times the asset was recommended to visitors.

    • Asset Bookmarks - Number of times users bookmarked the asset.

    • Asset Views - Count of how many times the asset was viewed.

    • Asset Engagements - Total engagement actions on the asset.

    • Asset Downloads - Number of times the asset was downloaded.

    • Leads - Leads captured from the interactions.

  3. On the Asset Performance page, you can search and customize the report table by Date.


  4. You can filter and apply sub-filters by Asset to refine the data view. 

  5. You can also filter by the Dimensions available in the drop-down menu. A maximum of three Dimensions can be applied at a time.
