Adding Account(s) to Account Reps

You can associate Accounts to Account Reps by following these steps:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Account Reps.


  2. On the Account Reps page, click on the Account Rep name.
  3. By default, the Configure tab of the Account Reps opens. Click the Accounts tab.
  4. Click the +Add Account button.
       
  5. In the Add Accounts to Account Reps pop-up window, the list of accounts is displayed.

  6. You can filter the accounts by entering a search text in any of the search fields. Click Search to view a list of accounts that match your search text.

  7. Select the check box for the account you want to add, once done with the selection, click +Add Accounts to add the selected accounts to the Account Rep.

    Note: For Accounts without an Account Rep The Account Rep would be associated with the added Accounts.
    For Accounts with an Account Rep - The Account Rep would be replaced by the current Account Rep.

  8. Once the accounts are associated with the Account Rep, it would display in the accounts list on the Account Reps page.   
  9. You can disassociate an account from an Account Rep by clicking on the Remove link against the respective Account.
       
  10. You can sort the list of accounts in ascending or descending order by clicking the header column such as Name and Domain by Alphabetical order and Created Date by Date order. 
       
  • Sorting by Name: Click on Name, the account names are sorted in ascending order and vice-versa.
  • Sorting by Domain: Click on Domain, the domains are sorted in ascending order and vice-versa.
  • Sorting by Created Date: Click on Created Date, the dates are sorted in ascending order and vice-versa.
