Adding Account Reps

To add an Account Representative, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, Click ABM > Account Reps.

  2. On the Account Reps page, Click Add Account Rep.

  3.  Enter the details of the Account Rep.
  4. Enter the General information of the Account Representative, e.g. Name, Email, and Title. The title is the designation of the Account Representative.

  5. Enter the Profile Information of the Account Representative, e.g. LinkedIn Profile, and Twitter Profile. Upload the URL links of the Account Representative Profiles.
  6. Enter the Contact Information of the Account Representative, e.g. Appointment Booking URL, and Phone Number. Upload the Calendly URL of the Account Representative, so the user can book an appointment with the Account Representative.

  7. Enter a Welcome Note.Note: The Welcome Note of the Account Representative can be displayed when the user accesses the ABM Page.

  8. Optionally, click Tokens to use them in the Welcome Notes. Use the {{accountRep.welcomeNotes}} tokens to refer to the ABM Page Welcome Notes dynamically.


            
  9. Upload a Profile Picture. Click on the Profile Picture and select an image from the pop-up.

  10. Click Save. 
  11. When the User, belonging to an Account accesses an ABM Page, the respective Account Rep's Contact Card associated with that Account is shown.
    • On initial access, the Account Rep's Welcome Note can be displayed to the users. 
    • On repeat visits, only the Account Rep's Contact Card would be shown, when the user hovers over it, could view the Account Rep's details.
