Editing and Deleting a Topic

Editing a Topic

To edit a Topic, follow the steps below:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Setup > Topics.
          
2. On the Topics page, click the three-dot menu in the Action column next to the Topic you want to update and select Edit.   
3. The Edit Topic pop-up window appears. Update the Topic Name and Description and click Update.   
4. A confirmation message is displayed.
   

   
   

    Note: 
   • When the Topic is updated, the change is added to the queue, which is executed once a day.
     
   • The Topic will be re-associated with Assets that match the Name and Description.

Deleting a Topic

To delete a Topic, follow the steps below:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Setup > Topics. 
2. On the Topics page, click the three-dot menu in the Action column next to the Topic you want to remove and select Delete. 
3. A confirmation message is displayed. Click OK.  
4. A confirmation message is displayed, and the Topic is deleted and removed from the Topics page.
