Hushly has added the capability to Auto-Classify your Assets into a set of Topics that are relevant to you as a company and serve those Assets based on viewer interactions. In order for auto-classification to take place, you will define the set of Topics, which includes Topic Name and Description. Hushly uses the latest Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to match Asset content to the Topics (AKA Mitab Topics) and determine the top 3 Topics for any given Asset. Please reach out to your CSM to find out more and help beta test this new technology.
Topics are a custom functionality. Therefore, if you don’t see Setup > Topics in the Left Nav Menu, ask your Hushly Customer Success Manager to enable Topics.
