Editing a CTA
You can modify an existing Call-to-Action (CTA) to better align with your campaign goals or design preferences. Updates can be made in the Content, Design, and Placement tabs, where you can adjust details such as text, styling, links, and targeting options. This flexibility allows you to refine and optimize the CTA without creating a new one from scratch.
To edit a CTA, follow the steps below:
- From the Left Nav Menu, click Hubs.
- From the Hubs page, click the Hub.
- From the Hub menu, click Call to Actions.
- Hover over the CTA, then click Edit to modify its configuration.
- You can make changes to all the parameters of the Content, Design, and Placements tabs of the CTA. By default, the Content tab is displayed. Click Next to access the Design and Placements tabs. Clicking Next saves the changes made to the current tab.
- You can enable or disable a CTA using the toggle button on the Placements tab.
- Click Finish on the Placements tab to save the changes.
Deleting a CTA
Deleting a Call-to-Action (CTA) permanently removes it from your account. This action cannot be undone, so ensure the CTA is no longer needed before proceeding. Once deleted, the CTA will no longer be available for use in any campaigns.
To delete a CTA, follow the steps below:
- From the Left Nav Menu, click Hubs.
- From the Hubs page, select the Hub.
- From the Hub menu, click Call to Actions.
- On the CTA listing page, hover over the CTA and click on Delete.
- A confirmation pop-up is displayed, click Yes, and the CTA is removed from the listing page.
- You could also delete a CTA from the Content / Design Page. Click the Delete button in the right-hand corner.
- A confirmation pop-up is displayed, click Yes.
- The CTA is deleted with a success message.
