Managing Hushly Users

Modified on Tue, 17 Jun at 3:46 AM

Hushly Users are members of your organization who manage and use the platform on its behalf. You can add users to your Hushly account and change their status between Active and Blocked. However, a user can only be deleted before activation.

Your organization can have five types of roles.

  • Administrator Role - Has access to all menus in Hushly, including Setup.
  • Content Manager Role - Oversees Content and SEO and has the privileges of all tabs except the Setup tab.
  • Account Representative Role - Has access to  ABM and Reports tab.
  • Supervisor Role - Has access to Leads, Reports, and Manage menus (enabled on request, contact your CSM).
  • Analyst Role - Has access to only Leads and Reports.

  1. The user with the Administrator role has access to all menus, including Setup:

  2. The user with the Content Manager Role has access to all tabs except the Setup tab.
  3. The user with the Account Representative Role has access to the ABM and Reports tab.
  4. The user with the Supervisor Role has access to Leads, Reports, and Manage  (This is enabled on request, contact your CSM).
  5. The user with the Analyst Role has access to only the Leads and Reports tab.

When Hushly creates the first user from your organization, the user is given the admin role’s privileges. This user can invite other users.
