Searching Experiences

You can search for an Experience using the Experience name (standard/default search) or a combination of other parameters (advanced search).


Default Search

  1. You can type the Experience’s name or part of the name and click Search. 
    The search returns all Experiences that match the search string.
  2. Optionally, click the Updated On button in the upper-right corner to sort the search result data. You can sort on the Experience's Updated On or Created On Date or on the Experience's Name or Status. Note: The Experience search results are defaultly sorted on the Experience's last Updated date.

 

Advanced Search

To search for Experiences using the advanced search parameters, select a combination of the parameters, Experience name, status, trigger type, and URL:

  1. Click the arrow mark at the end of the Experience Name field. The drop-down box appears.   
  2. To search based on the Status, select active, draft, or paused. 
  3. To search based on the Asset name, click the Asset drop-down menu and select the Asset name. The search results show all Experiences that include the Asset. 
  4. Select the Page URL where the Experiences launches. 
  5. Select the Language to search based on the different languages.   
  6. Select the Segments to search based on the segment. 
  7. Select the AI Rec. to search based on AI Recommendation. The search results show all Experiences that have AI recommendations set as Yes / No.   
  8. Select the Trigger Type to search based on the triggers.

  9. Click Search.

Filtering the Search Results

You can use the advanced search filters to refine the default search results.

  1. Enter a search string. Click Search.
  2. Click the ˅ button.
  3. Select the filters and click Search to view the filtered results. 
  4. The filtered results are displayed.   

Sorting the Search Results

You can use the sort filters to sort search results.

  1. Enter a search string. Click Search. The search result is default sorted on the Updated date of the Experience.

  2. Click the Updated On button in the upper-right corner to sort the search result data. You can sort on the Experience's Updated On or Creates On Date or on the Created's Name or Status.

  3. Select the sort order as Created On. The search result would be sorted on the Experience's Created date
  4. Select the sort order as Name. The search result would be sorted on the Experience's Name
  5. Select the sort order as Status. The search result would be sorted on the Experience's Status
