Replacing a Document Asset Located at an External URL

You can retain the Asset’s configuration, but replace the Asset with content from another external URL or a document Asset in the PDF format.

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Assets.
   
2. Click the Asset. By default, the Metrics tab opens.
   
   
3. Click the Setup tab, click Edit.
   
   
4. Click External URL to upload content from another external URL.
   
   
5. Enter the URL to upload the document Asset from.
   
   
6. Click Verify.
   
   
7. Click Save. After the file is saved, the thumbnail image of the new Asset is displayed.
