How to Edit, Copy, and Delete a Smart MicroForm

To Edit a Smart MicroForm, follow the steps below:

• From the Left Main Menu >click Hubs > Select a Hub.
  
  
• From the Hub Menu > click Smart MicroForms.
  
  
• From the Smart MicroForm listing page click the three-dot menu and select Edit from the drop-down menu. 
• The Smart MicroForm edit page is displayed, with the form in the center. 
• To add Standard and Custom Fields to the existing form, click Add Elements, and the list of Standard and Custom Fields is displayed.
  • Click on the Fields from the list to add to the Form (Optional). The added Fields are displayed in the Form. Click Save. 
  • To change the label for a field, click on the right arrow icon next to the field. The submenu opens with Label and Input. Select Label. The Content tab displays the Label text box. Make changes to the Label text (optional) and click Save. Note: You can toggle the Hidden option to hide the Label in the Form.
    
    
  • Select Input, the Content tab displays the Placeholder, Default value, and Disable Prepopulation toggle. Make changes (optional) and click Save. 
  • Click the three-dot menu to reveal the options, Edit and Settings. Click Edit. To learn more about Edit and Settings, please refer to How to Customize a Smart MicroForm.

To Copy a Smart MicroForm, follow the steps below:

• From the Left Main Menu >click Hubs > Select a Hub.
  
  
• From the Hub Menu > click Smart MicroForms.
  
  
• From the Smart MicroForm listing page click the three-dot menu and select Copy from the drop-down menu. 
• Copy Smart Microform pop-up is displayed showing the default template name. In the Asset field, select an Asset. The Name field is pre-populated by default. You can edit the Name if you wish. Click Create. Note: Only the Assets that are associated with a Stream of the Hub will be listed. The other assets within the stream are offered to the user as related assets that the user can also download as part of the MicroForm submission.

• A confirmation message is displayed "Hub Smart MicroForm has been added". The Smart MicroForm design page is then displayed. The Elements of the form are displayed on the left menu, the Preview of the Smart MicroForm is shown in the center and the Styling Elements of the form are on the right side of the page. Click here to learn more about Styling a Smart MicroForm. 

To Delete a Smart MicroForm, follow the steps below:

• From the Left Main Menu >click Hubs > Select a Hub.
  
  
• From the Hub Menu > click Smart MicroForms.
  
  
• From the Smart MicroForm listing page click the three-dot menu and select Delete from the drop-down menu. 
• The Smart MicroForm is successfully deleted, and a confirmation message is displayed.
