Hushly's Themes establish the overall appearance and functionality of the Hub. The Hub includes two predefined Themes that can be activated when V3 is live on your sub-domain. To make changes to the Themes, clone the Theme.
To configure a Theme for your Hub, follow the steps below:
- From the Left Nav Menu, click Hubs > select a Hub > Themes.
- Within the Themes section, you will find two predefined options: Theme 1 and Theme 2.
Note: You can only choose one Theme at a time, with Theme 1 being the default selection. - To preview a Theme and gain insights into its visual appeal, layout, functionality, and usability, click the Preview icon.
- When you are ready to add a Theme to a Hub, click on the Activate button.
- Each Theme block has a three-dot menu at the top right. Click the dots to reveal the Clone option.
By selecting Clone, you will create a replica of the chosen Theme, including its layout, style, and functionality. This cloned Theme can serve as a foundation for new projects or customization based on specific requirements.
To Clone and Edit a Theme:- Click Clone.
- Enter the Name and Description for the Cloned Theme. Click Save.
- The Cloned Theme will be added to the list. Click the Edit option to further customize or modify the Theme as needed.
Note: Only the cloned themes can be edited, while the default themes are not modifiable.
Customize
Fonts: Add the Base and Heading Fonts from the list of System Defined fonts.
Manage Fonts: If you don't wish to apply the System-defined fonts, you can add your fonts. To learn more about how to add Google Fonts or upload Custom Fonts, click here. To add Google or Custom fonts click the Wheel icon.
Text Colors: Choose the Text Colors for Primary, Secondary, and Light Texts. Click on the Color bar to access the color palette and select any desired color.
Buttons: Set the Button Color, Text Color, and Button Border Color.
Under General settings, define the position of the Filter and the SNLP Recommendations.
General
The Show Excerpts toggle and Show Read/Watch time toggles are enabled by default. disable these toggles if you prefer not to use them.
Styles
If necessary, you can add a Custom styling code in the provided field.
To delete a Cloned Theme, from the three-dot menu options, click Delete.
