Publishing a Web Experience

A  Web Experience can be published in two ways. 

• Publish via the Web Experience Details Page
• Publish via the Variation Page.

Publish via the Web Experience Details Page

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Web Personalization > Web Experience.
      
2.  From the Web Experience page, click the web experience you want to Publish.   
3. Click the three dots under the Actions column of the Variation you wish to Publish and click Publish. 
   Note: The Publish Option is visible only when the Web Experience is in draft mode.   

4.  The Variation Publish pop-up window is displayed. By default, the Distribution mode - Equal is selected. 
   However, you can change the visitor traffic distribution mode to Custom.
   Click Publish to set the distribution mode.

   
   

5. A Confirmation that the Web Experience published is displayed along with the traffic distribution.
   
   

Publish Via the Variation Page

1. Click on the Variation link on the Web Experience details page.

   
   

2. The Variation Page is displayed. Make necessary changes to the Variation and click Publish.

   

   
   
3. The Variation Publish pop-up window is displayed. By default the Distribution mode - Equal is selected, however, you can change the visitor traffic distribution mode to Custom and then click Publish.
